Working as a controller for a construction company where I put in policies and procedures for more efficient billing and AP practices along with cash management strategies. I have also worked with start up service businesses where I created the entire accounting function from scratch which involved Quickbooks setup, project budgets, developed KPI metrics, and developed pricing methodologies.

Recognizing a gap in how small businesses leverage financial data for decision-making, I decided to start Budd Advisory Group to bridge that divide.
